Cebu City, 3 May 2024 - City mayors rose to the challenge as transformation catalysts while addressing urban resilience during the recent LCP 4th Convergence and 77th National Executive Board (NEB) Meeting in Cebu City. While recognizing the crucial role of social behavior change, forty-seven (47) cities represented and engaged in collective interventions to advance environmental actions, uplift the welfare of individuals and children, promote sustainable mobility, and prioritize healthcare programs.
