The Sri Lanka has been devastated by severe floods and landslides due to Cyclone Roanu on 15 May 2016, which resulted to 101 deaths and 100 missing persons. Also, there were 230,000 displaced persons and 500 completely damaged houses.

The said government through our Department of Foreign Affairs is requesting for assistance and the Sri Lankan Ministry of Health has listed the following items:

The Rules and Procedures of the Award, Submission Guidelines, and the Registration and Application Form are uploaded in the LCP Website (www.lcp.org.ph).

All interested cities must email the completed forms and supporting documents to the Guangzhou Award Secretariat at email address info@guangzhouaward.org not later than May 31, 2016.
