The Japan Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (CLAIR) will be conducting the Local Authorities Specialist Dispatch Project for fiscal year 2016.

This project has been held by Japanese local authorities and CLAIR since 1998. Under this project, Japanese local authorities dispatch their officials to overseas local authorities in order to foster stronger ties between the overseas and Japanese local authorities. The effective period of the project is from April 2016 to March 2017.

If you are interested to participate in this program as one of the hosting institutions, CLAIR would be pleased to assist you in making such arrangements. You may complete the request form and send it back to LCP Secretariat on or before March 8, 2015.
