The League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP) and International County/City Management Association (ICMA), with the US State Department are opening applications for two Professional Fellows Programs (PFPs) under the Young Southeast Asian Leaders' Initiative (YSEALI):
-Legislative Process and Governance Professional Fellowship
-Environmental and Sustainability Professional Fellowship
The exchange program is funded by the US Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and provides selected fellows the opportunity to travel to the United States and spend four weeks working with a local government in the United States in addition to a week and a half enrichment and debriefing program in Washington, DC.
