Roadshow activities will include presentations on: (1) cloud computing technology; (2) solutions and best practices; (3) issues and challenges; (4) government cloud computing initiatives; and (5) government cloud computing policy guidelines. See attached tentative program.

May we invite the Honorable Mayor and your Information and Communications Technology (ICT), MIS and Administrative Head in-charge of planning and managing ICT resources to participate in this milestone event? Attached is the tentative program for your reference.

A subsidized conference fee of one thousand two hundred pesos (Php 1,200.00) will be paid by a participant, to cover meals, conference kit and study tour for 2 days.
