The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), as the implementing arm of the Asian Productivity Organization's (APO) Center of Excellence on Public Sector Productivity, is pleased to host for the second year the APO International Conference on Public Sector Productivity on November 22 to 23, 2018 at the DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay City, Philippines.


With the theme Shaping a Future-Oriented and Smart Public Sector, the conference aims to serve as platform for knowledge sharing and networking among local and international experts, professionals and practitioners to discuss emerging trends, technologies and innovations that enable higher performance and productivity in the public sector. In this era of complexity and rapidly changing environment, the conference will feature topics that directly respond to an important question: What must public sector organizations do to become alert, agile, innovative, and future-ready?

Based on the available Situational Reports from the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC), a total of 64 cities have been affected by Typhoon Quinta, Rolly, and Ulysses.
