League of Cities of the Philippines National President and Bacolod City Mayor Bing Leonardia will be the lone representative of all city mayors at the Virtual 4th Asia Leadership Forum with the theme "From Principle to Practice: The Pandemic Leadership Essentials" on July 1, 2021 from 2:00 to 7:00 PM.

Headlining the event are remarkable world leaders as keynote speakers.

Leading the list are United States former Vice President Mike Pence, Malaysia former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad and New Zealand former Prime Minister Helen Clark.

Also among the speakers are Sweden former Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt, US former Defense Secretary Mark Esper and former Vice President of WorldBank.

Harvard University president Larry Summers completes the cast.

The invitation was extended by Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) National President and Quirino Governor Dakila Carlo Cua to the ULAP National Executive Board members, wherein Leonardia is the Executive Vice-President. As an invited official delegate, the mayor is entitled to a free admission pass to the conference. Interested parties without an official invitation would have to pay the $1,000 registration fee.

This 5-hour 4th Asia Leadership Forum, run in conjunction with the Asian Leadership Conference 2021 - "World After Covid: Rebuilding Trust and Cooperation" (ALC), organized by Chosun Media, brings together world-leading thinkers, decision-makers, and experts to discuss practical cases, lessons, and insights they have drawn from the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

The Asian Leadership Conference (ALC) is South Korea's premier international conference that provides a platform for global leaders to convene and offer possible solutions to Asia's pressing issues.

This Conference will focus on the importance of a leader's ability to navigate change and disruption, as made abundantly clear by the ongoing global pandemic. Since 2005, world-renowned political leaders, international corporate CEOs, and academic leaders have participated in the assembly.

This year's ALC will feature over 230 global leaders, including former heads of state, heads of corporations, and thought leaders.
