LCP mourns the passing of Tacurong City Mayor Angelo (Roncal) Montilla

The League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP) mourns the passing of Tacurong City Mayor Angelo (Roncal) Montilla.

 

Mayor Montilla was well-loved by Tacurongons. He was responsible for the cityhood of Tacurong in 2000. He was also an active member of the LCP Board as Representative for Region 12. The mayor succumbed to COVID-19 and died in the line of duty while responding to the pandemic in his city.

 

Today, we honor Mayor Montilla's life, leadership and dedication to serve the people of Tacurong City. Maraming salamat po and rest in peace, Mayor Montilla.
