Cities System Capacity Development (Ci-Cap) Project
2019 to 2024
LCP, together with The Asia Foundation (TAF) and through the funding support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is implementing the Cities’ System Capacity (Ci-Cap) Project in Bicol and Western Visayas. The project aims to build and strengthen cities’ system capacity and commitment to plan, mobilize, and manage resources to support improved learning outcomes for children at the primary level. This project was designed as a response to the Advancing Basic Education in the Philippines (ABC+ Project) of the USAID in partnership with the Department of Education, with RTI International as its lead implementing body. The Ci-Cap Project is an ongoing project that will finish in 2024.
